MTFCI Black Hills, South Dakota

Hello everyone,

We had a wonderful time in the Black Hills with 250 Model T;s driving around on the very steep, twisty, turny roads of the Black Hills. We did not have any problems at all. It was so good to see many friends from the Ocean to Ocean Tour and catch up with them. We are now continuing West and will be joining in the MTFCA Glacier Park Tour based in Whitefish, Montana August 1-6 and then we will be heading for home.

It has been a terrific experience doing…

Ebberts return to New York in their T

Hello Ocean to Ocean friends,

We are sorry we are not able to join you on the reunion tour and meet, as we are driving our 1915 T back to New York to pick up our truck and trailer that has been 'lodging' with friends in Hannibal, NY since last summer when we trailered our car to New York to start the Ocean to Ocean Race.

We are currently in eastern Montana trying to dodge tornados We are returning by a northern route this time, but have already run into two tornado warnings -… Continue

The Finish Line !!!!

The fat lady has sung and it is all over!!!!! We have met the enemy and WE HAVE WON!!!!

Although it was at times somewhat diffcult for us to make this journey in 2009, it must have been really "hell" for the 1909 drivers to have made this run.

There was some anxiety about the drive to the University of Washington today, as our police escort had been cancelled, but it turned out to be alrght, as we did have a volunteer leading us. Plus there were other volunteers from the For Culture… Continue

So releived to hear your voices this afternoon when we spoke. I kept track of the weather and knew how bad it was. You two are real troopers! Keep up the good work you two.
This wish is for your anniversary tomorrow.
Sometimes, you look at a couple who make each other so happy even on the rainiest of days/ like today, and you know without a doubt that some things were simply meant to be. Happy Anniversary to a couple who were made for each other! Delete Comment

Good to see that you are up and running! I love the photos, by the way! I don't suppose there will be much room for extra clothing though on this trip! Not long to go now........how is Henry taking it ???

Hi Gary & Kathleen: I suspect that your ability to sell your vehicle and trailer will prove to be cost beneficial. Enjoy the drive and I look forward to meeting you.

Hello Gary & Kathleen: Thank you for getting back to me. I have received a quote of $2,000 for shipping Seattle to New York. We considered trailing our car as well, but we would have to rent a vehicle and trailer. The drive would be fun, but likely would exceed the shipping cost.

Hello Gary & Kathleen: I trust all is well. I can easily get my car from Anchorage to Seattle, but I am sitll working on getting it to New York. How are you getting your car there? Any assistance is truly appreciated.
