Representing Alaska, we will be driving our 1915 runabout. 1915 was also the year that Anchorage, Alaska came into being.
Good Day, How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on:(email@example.com ) for the full details. Have a nice day Thanks God bless.
they were installed crooked. I have pictures . if you want to see em . send me your email. I will not take them to Hershey. I fly to allentown.
and may fly to NYC to look at 2 brass cars a friend said I could have, if I pickked them up. so I need to look at them first, before committing to another cross country trip with a long trailer.
I just now took out the old brake pedal out and put the new one in for the new disc brakes.
As for my small drum out side "safety brakes" . As I was taking them off ,I realized they where coock-eyed and where not really functional. IE I had little or no brakes. They are complete: all nuts and bolts , pedal and linkages rods, roller bearings.
Send me your email and I will Take pictures of the parts , as they sit on the floor next to Carol's T.
I had a bad rear right axel seal, and the right side was soaked. adding to bad braking.
I bought the disc brakes from Bill Tharp in Ft Collins. They look bad , but they ARE safe. As fast as we now drive , I would not recomend these small drum safetee out side brakes., for anything but a 10 mph parade. I do not recomend them. Not when your life is at stake.
I was thinking I would sell them to somebody I do Not Know at Hershey or Chickasha . You really do not want to intrust your life to these brakes.
Fordually, jim 1-719-395-241 But they are for sale or trade.
What have got to offer? I will go take pictures now , send me your email.
As for the O2O, It was sucessful and no one was killed. it is a trip we can all be proud of. and the new Model T friends are now friends for life.
In viewing all my pix and videos, I find myself commenting most on "the nice people from Alaska". Hershey is just 3 months away and it would be great to see you ( and Doris?) there. Start calling local motels NOW and see if there are any rooms available. The economy may force cancellations. We stay at the the Highmeadow campgrounds (Tues thru Sunday) and eat breakfast every morning at Bob Evans, just around the corner. My flea market spaces are CK-19-22 in the south Chocolate field. Anxious to see you guys again and have you meet my wife.
